IX Image loader

The first thing you do when you start learning a .net language, is making a simple web browser. Many programmer love the idea (like me) and start developing  their web browser in order to learn the language. With time, the programmer will understand .net language (vb or c#) and will want to improve their web browser. In any web browser, their is a website favorite icon, which is loaded by end-user web browser and displayed right to the title of page. When programmer add bookmarks feature to his browser, he\she want to load web sites icon. This operation take some time when end-user have to many bookmark. IX Image loader for example,  load website icon from "http://www.example.com", and then save it to a file named "example.png" . When the icon is requested again for "http://www.example.com" , IX will load it from the file, not from the internet, which make web browser loading faster, and save user bandwidth both at the time.
